Confirm the input is Dry Amethelis

Fresh Amethelis belongs in the Steam dryer, not the Florin room. Route the dried output into a separate buffer and keep untreated petals on a return or overflow path. Mixed input makes a failed ignition difficult to diagnose because the two materials can look similar in a pile.

Collect enough Dry Amethelis for a small test batch, then stop the dryer output. This gives you a known amount to burn and prevents the gas chamber from filling with petals while you inspect the cold side.

  • Scan a sample if the material state is unclear.
  • Keep fresh and Dry Amethelis in different bins.
  • Add a gate between the buffer and gas chamber.

Build and inspect the sealed gas path

Build a roof and side walls around the ignition area, then create one deliberate path toward the cold chamber. Florin rises and spreads through available gaps, so the route should guide that movement instead of relying on a wide open room.

Inspect corners, Conveyor Portal openings, and the join between the hot and cold zones before releasing gas. Leave player access outside the sealed volume so repairs do not require opening the roof during a batch.

  • Seal the roof above the ignition point.

  • Place the cold zone before the final gas exit.
  • Reserve a separate floor basin for Florinol.

Release Florin with a small heat test

Feed one batch of Dry Amethelis into the hot side and apply controlled heat. Watch the material ignite and follow the Florin gas toward the cold zone. Stop adding petals until the first gas has either condensed or revealed a leak.

If no gas appears, verify the input state and heat contact. If gas appears but leaves the intended route, freeze the process, seal that opening, and repeat with a smaller batch. More input will not repair a missing wall.

Condense Florin into Florinol

Use Condensers or the cold thermal structures supported by the current build to cool Florin. Keep the cold surface connected and supplied before ignition. The visible completion signal is liquid Florinol leaving the gas area and collecting below it.

Route Florinol into a dedicated basin or liquid intake. Keep Gold and solid material away from the fluid path so the collection area remains visible. The supplied evidence does not establish a universal temperature threshold or every failure state, so tune the cold capacity by observing each batch.

Restart the chain after a failed batch

Close the Dry Amethelis input, clear solids from the ignition floor, and inspect the gas roof. Restore the cold supply and empty the Florinol basin before the next attempt.

Restart in the same order every time: cold side ready, collection route open, gas chamber sealed, then heat and input. That order makes the first visible failure point useful instead of letting several stages fail together.
